General Policies

Please note: No Pets. No Smoking inside Apartment Building. No open flames. No subletting of apartment. Only registered guests allowed without prior notification to Property Management. We ask everyone to be aware of their noise level. Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Please don’t do laundry after 10:00pm Each apartment unit has one (1) designated covered parking slot. Please take trash to bins located in parking garage. Pickup day is Wednesday. Housekeeping is provided every two (2) weeks on monthly rentals. Housekeeping will wash bedding and replace, basic cleaning in bathrooms, kitchen and vacuuming. Housekeeping is not provided for nightly and weekly rental. However it is available for a small fee. General maintenance including pest control is provided. If maintenance is required please contact property manager about getting repairs or maintenance scheduled. Pest control is every third (3rd) Wednesday of the month.  It is understood and agreed that Property Management shall have the right to enter and inspect premises at all reasonable times to insure maintenance and safety of premises while the Tenant is living in said premises. If possible, you will be notified prior to entry by Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Pest control, unless an emergency situation arises.
